As an established Registered Training Organisation (RTO), we are currently undergoing rapid business expansion and subsequently looking for a trainer to deliver our Certificates I to III in EAL (Access).
We have a contract position of 2 days per week available at Sunshine for the right person who can demonstrate that they align with our company values.
The role:
- Facilitate end-to-end training and assessment in relevant discipline(s)
- Execute Training and Assessment strategies for relevant discipline(s)
- Work with a diverse range of students with varying learning requirements
- Develop individual learning plans where necessary
- Conduct face-to-face delivery as required
- Actively develop positive relationships with our students and industry partners
- Assist in the coordination of student placements
Our Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications in the industry discipline
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110) or (TAE40116) is essential
- Current engagement in industry
- Relevant practical industry experience
- Knowledge of ASQA compliance requirements
- Working with children check/police check - must be clear from any charges / convictions
- Reliable transport
