Trainer & Assessor Diploma of Nursing - Hybrid role

This hybrid position offers the flexibility to work remotely and requires just one day of in-person classes at our Shepparton facility per week.

Overview:

• Deliver ANMAC approved Diploma of Nursing training and assessment.
• One day a week in person at our Shepperton facility. 

Are you passionate about teaching the next generation of Nurses? As demand for our Nursing courses grows, we are seeking qualified and passionate educators to deliver our nationally accredited course! 

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare for and deliver training and assessment services in accordance with RTO procedure, ensuring all ASQA and ANMAC requirements are met
• Maintain all assessment and training paperwork to RTO standards.
• Support students with their studies.
• Liaise closely with Coordinator and provide timely and accurate data and reports when required
• Regularly monitor and evaluate the delivery of training to ensure excellent support and service to students to maximise successful outcomes
• Maintain personal currency of knowledge in relevant Training Packages and vocational industry

Qualifications & Requirements: 

• Current AHPRA registration
• TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (including an LLN unit and the unit TAEASS502)
• Significant experience in working as a registered Nurse 
• Sound knowledge of current industry standards 
• A current Police Check (Within the last 6 months or currently applying) 
• A current Working with Children Check - Employee (or currently applying) 
• A current Driver's Licence (Car).
• Proficient in English
• Good IT skills and digital literacy experience.
