About the Role
This role will play a key part in assisting the senior management team in the day-to-day operational running of the business. Based full-time in the office in Manly, the EA/Office Manager will be required to take on a variety of tasks including liaising with internal international departments. The role will require someone willing to take on varied responsibilities including both proactive and reactive as the business requires.
Responsibilities
- Manage senior management diaries
- Coordinate with internal international departments including; marketing, finance, engineering & HR
- Booking and preparing meetings
- Answering phones, taking messages and meeting guests
- Assisting with set up of marketing events and expos
- Assist with general duties contributing to the day-to-day office requirements
- Previous experience in EA/Office Manager positions
- Good understanding of the fast past nature of engineering-related business
- Ability and willingness to assist in a wide variety of tasks
- Excellent organisational skills
- Passion for the renewable energy sector
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
- Recognised worldwide solar brand with strong financial backing
- Long-term contract with the opportunity of a permanent position
- Full-time office based in Manly, Sydney
- Good rates of pay
