Job DescriptionThis is an exciting opportunity for an Executive Assistant with a knack for office management to join Nine Radio and 2GB! Coordinate schedules, travel, events, and ensure smooth operations. Join a dynamic team and play a pivotal role supporting executive level directors in a thriving media environment!The day to day will include but won’t be limited to:
- Efficiently manage the Managing Director and National Head of Content's schedules, meetings, and correspondence, alongside handling expense claims and leave requests.
- Coordinate comprehensive travel arrangements for executives, team members, and talent, ensuring seamless logistics and special accommodations.
- Lead the execution of diverse events, from offsites to awards nights, enhancing team cohesion and fostering professional development.
- Contribute actively in meetings, ensuring accurate documentation and driving follow-up on action items.
- Reconcile financial data, maintaining transparency and contributing to fiscal responsibility.
- Oversee office operations, managing administrative tasks and serving as the primary contact for visitors.
- Support employee initiatives and facilitate communication between locations.
- Assist the content manager and manage mailing and courier services efficiently.
QualificationsWhat we would like to see on your resume:
- Proven track record supporting executive-level Directors
- Exceptional organisational, planning, and multitasking abilities
- Seamless written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive, approachable, and resourceful with a passion for enhancing the office experience
- Proficiency in productivity tools like Google Suite
- Experience in office management, facility management and reception duties
- Previous experience in the Media/Radio industry, demonstrating familiarity with its products and landscape is advantageous
