The QTU, a proud not-for-profit Union located in Milton, is seeking two enthusiastic and experienced Executive Assistants/Personal Assistants (EA/PA) to join our team. These are fixed-term positions offering competitive compensation and a supportive work environment.
Two Positions Available:
- Part-Time: PA to the Vice-President: (Thursdays & Fridays, 9am-5pm) This fixed term position runs until mid-June 2025.
- Full-Time: EA to the DGS (MO): (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm) This fixed term position runs until October 25th, 2024.
What You'll Do:
- Be the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including QTU members.
- Manage calendars and emails for senior leaders.
- Prepare documents like meeting agendas, minutes, presentations, and correspondence.
- Organise events, meetings, training sessions, and conferences.
- Maintain and generate reports from databases.
You're a Perfect Fit If You Have:
- Significant experience supporting senior leaders and the ability to work independently.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable interacting at all levels.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively.
- A team player with a positive attitude.
