We are seeking a Proficient Behaviour Support Practitioner who can also fulfill the role of Regional Manager (dual role) to join our growing Allied Health Team within our North Lakes Clinic.

About the role
As a Proficient Behaviour Support Practitioner in Senior Management, you are required to maintain a Behaviour Support Practitioner caseload of 50%. You will be providing collaborative supports in client's natural environments. You will deliver practical solutions for improving the human rights and quality of life of the people receiving services and building the capacity of the formal and informal supports around them. You will be required to work closely with clients and their support teams and will come to know them well.
The Regional Manager is responsible for leading and managing the provision of professional services across a range of disciplines. The Regional Manager will develop, promote, lead and evaluate the delivery of professional services provided by RAR Therapy. Skills and experience
- Current Behaviour Support Practitioner Suitability Letter - Proficient Level (with a preference for additional qualifications and/or experience in management/business)
- Completed a degree level qualification as as allied health professional
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or eligibility to obtain)
- Current Working with Children Check (or eligibility to obtain)
- Passionate about delivering a high level of support to all your clients
- High level written and verbal communication skills
- High level consultation and coaching skills and relationship management skills
- High level analytical and problem-solving skills with a solution focus
- High level of skill in engaging the participation of volunteers (e.g. students)
- Substantial knowledge of the purpose and functions of an allied health professional
- Substantial knowledge of the Australian community services and health care system
- Extensive experience in management and administration of community disability services sector
- Extensive experience working within the NDIS
