Job description

About us and who we're searching for…

At Neuro, we’re dedicated to growth – both for ourselves and for our clients. Our team consists of ambitious, expansive thinkers focused on solving a broad range of people-related challenges, including leadership, organisational culture, and behaviour change in mission-critical industries across multiple countries.

We are passionate about exploring the intersection of technology and humanity, and the ways in which technology can empower humans to lift up and do the work that only humans can do. In doing so, we’ve created a vibrant, deeply connected team of challenge-seekers, co-creators, and solutionists, who are committed to having a positive impact on the world.

We value collaboration, diverse perspectives, and personal responsibility because that’s the kind of team we love to work in each day. Fiercely supportive of each other, we believe in challenging ourselves and each other to continuously improve and deliver on our promise of growth and impact.

Our culture of growth, both yours and ours, is what sets us apart. We embrace complexity, are committed to personal and professional development, and enthusiastically embrace digital technologies. Our clients who are high-performing and values-aligned companies, trust us to push boundaries and solve their most significant challenges.

In this evolving world of work, those who are curious, collaborative, tenacious and purpose-inspired will be the drivers of change. If you are ready to experience something new; to learn, share and transform, and to be much more than just a cog in the machine, then we invite you to find your place within our ambitious and rapidly growing team.

Role responsibilities

Responsibility 1 – Work with the team and latest technologies to develop high-quality, visual deliverables
Consultants will be required to work with the team to develop high-quality deliverables and collateral. The team uses an iterative process to develop and finalise deliverables, and consultants play a key role in the process.

Consultants will assist in preparing all requirements for client meetings, sessions and workshops, as well as support discussions both virtually and in person where they will capture and synthesise data, to be promptly translated into workshop outputs.

Responsibility 4 – Project management and delivery.
Consultants will effectively use internal systems to manage and deliver tasks within the required timeframes.

Responsibility 5 – Seek feedback from others, provide input and suggestions to other consultants, and contribute positively to team culture.
Consultants are expected to work in a way that contributes positively and constructively to the team culture, including being open to feedback, building constructive relationships within the team, being willing to ask for help and providing help to the team when needed.
