The Team
Our Talent team is responsible for attracting, developing and retaining top talent. The role
Our Early Careers Consultants have the impactful role of building the firm's early talent pipeline through our clerkship and graduate programs. They help law students and graduates begin and accelerate their careers. Our Clerk and Graduate Programs are one of the most highly invested projects we run out of the Talent team each year.
This position is based in the Melbourne office and you will:
be accountable for end-to-end student hiring for our Clerkship & Graduate programs including branding, selection, assessment, and interviewing
have phenomenal communication and relationship building skills as you will be managing and influencing senior partners and leaders as well as the students you're attracting to the roles
be managing relationships and commitments to university partners, including attraction events, careers fairs and presentations
design and deliver the Clerk and Graduate orientation and development programs in partnership with our Talent Development team
be the key point of contact for HR queries for the Clerk and Graduate cohorts
partner with the business to provide advice and guidance and ensure you are continuously looking for ways to improve and enhance the Clerkship and Graduate offering

an ability to interpret information and draw conclusions and insights and make recommendations
outstanding communication skills, written and verbal
Solid grounding in Human Resources either recruitment or HR management
