You will be joining an enthusiastic team that provides high quality Early Childhood education and care to children.
Duties includes:
- Developing strong relationships with children at the service;
- Developing strong relationships that support and partner with families;
- Implementing and always upholding the policies and associated procedures and practices of the organisation; and
- Working with other staff towards continuous improvement in all areas of the service’s operations and service.
Successful candidates will hold a recognised Early Childhood qualification, such as a Diploma or Certificate 3 in Children’s Services (or be near completion).
In addition, applicants must have:
- Enthusiasm for working with young children 15 months to 6 years
- Experience in working with children of different ages
- A current Blue Card
- A First Aid/ Anaphylaxis/ Asthma certificate
- Child Protection Certification or willing to complete training on commencement
- An understanding of the NQF and EYLF
- Montessori experience is highly valued but not required.

Little Apple Tree is a family-owned Child Care Centre situated amongst nature on the Gold Coast. We are a small community focussed Centre and work with our families to create the best outcomes for all the children at the Centre.
