The RoleWe’re seeking a passionate Permanent Educator to join our flexible team. Your main focus will be on building strong, nurturing relationships with children and parents to create a warm, secure environment where children can thrive. You’ll be supported every step of the way in your career journey.Position: Permanent Part-Time EducatorHours: 37.5 hours per weekRoster: Rotating shifts, Monday - Friday, 6:30 am - 6:30 pmAge Group: Birth - 2 & 2 - 3 year-oldsKey Responsibilities: Understanding of the EYLF, children’s developmental stages, and mandatory reporting guidelinesQualifications

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)
• Working With Children Check
• First Aid Certificate
• Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificate
• Mandatory Reporting & Other Obligations Certificate
