We invite applications from Early Childhood Educators seeking a stable management team, comprehensive induction program, and support from a non-contact Educational Leader. Supporting young children’s wellbeing, learning and development is your strength. Alongside colleagues, you engage actively in children’s play and understand everyday routines and rituals as moments to connect, educate and care. You identify moments for spontaneous learning and provide input to plan collaboratively for meaningful learning experiences. You position yourself as a learner, demonstrating responsibility for continuous practice improvement. You view trusting relationships with families as core to your everyday practice.
