Mini Me Early Learning Centre is thrilled to announce the opening of our brand new centre in Whalan. We are seeking an enthusiastic Early Childhood Educator to join our friendly team as a Educator and/or Room Leader. This unique opportunity is within a smaller, close-knit modern centre, making it an ideal fit for candidates who value a more personalized approach.
As a Educator at Mini Me, you will play a pivotal role in:
- Planning and implementing developmentally appropriate programs for children
- Creating a safe and nurturing environment
- Effective communication with parents and caregivers
- Active participation in team meetings and contributing to continuous improvement
- Maintaining accurate records of children’s progress
Qualifications for the successful candidate include:
- Certificate III or Diploma in Children’s Services or equivalent
- Current Working with Children Check
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
- Passion for working with children and helping them reach their full potential
