YOUR NEW ROLE:
As part of our team in our Kingsgrove Service, you'll be instrumental in shaping young learners' educational journeys. Drawing from the Early Years Learning Framework, you'll deliver engaging innovative programs that foster holistic development, all while documenting milestones in unique portfolios. Your open communication style will help build strong connections with staff, children, and families, enriching their experience.
TO THRIVE YOU WILL NEED:
- Previous experience working in a childcare setting
- Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
- A genuine love for making a meaningful impact on a child’s learning experience
- Strong communication skills
- Exceptional team player
- A passion for guiding and inspiring others around you
