We have multiple opportunities for passionate individuals to provide Early Childhood education services including the design, documentation and implementation of programs for children and families.

As an Early Childhood Educator, you will undertake education and care activities, whilst building partnerships with each child and family. You will establish learning assessments and identify learning outcomes for children.

We are seeking individuals who hold a Diploma in Children's Services and have a minimum two (2) years experience in an Early Childhood setting.

You will have the following skills and experience;

• Theoretical understanding of how children grow and learn, with demonstrated skills in implementing an approved curriculum.
• Knowledge of the National Early Childhood regulations, standards, approved curriculum and policies.
• Demonstrated skills in building respectful relationships with children, families, staff and external stakeholders.
• High level of written and verbal communication skills.

There are two positions available including a permanent position at Bandara Children's Services (Bega) and a 12-month fixed term position at Eden Early Learning Centre (Eden). Both positions are full time working 38 hours per week.

The total remuneration package for these positions commences at $69,131.40 gross per annum, comprising of:

• $1,197.70 per week base salary
• $131.75 per week superannuation (calculated at 11%)
