Your main responsibilities will include:Ensuring child safety & wellbeing using your active supervision skills.Collaborating with the team on age-appropriate curriculum implementation. Providing personalised attention, addressing unique learning styles and needs of the children in our care.Guiding behaviour through positive reinforcement for social and emotional development.Maintaining open communication with parents about a child's progress and concerns.Actively participating in team meetings for a cohesive approach to Early Childhood education. Fostering a positive, inclusive atmosphere embracing diverse backgrounds in a culturally sensitive manner.YouWorking towards or hold a minimum of a Diploma in ECEC (of ACECQA approved equivalent);Valid Blue CardChild protection / Red Nose / Food Safety training (or willing to obtain);Working knowledge & understanding of Child Safe StandardsWorking knowledge & understanding of NQF & EYLF.Passion for the Early Childhood sector - you will enjoy communicating with and building trusted relationships with children, their families, your teammates and the wider community.
