Help shape the future of children in our care
As one of our highly valued Early Childhood Teachers with our C&K Oxley Childcare Centre team, you’ll support and guide children’s learning and development, so they become curious, capable and confident lifelong learners.
At C&K Oxley Childcare Centre, we welcome children from 6 weeks to 5 years old, providing care and early learning five days a week from 7:00 am to 6:30 pm.
Nestled within the hills of Oxley, our three-storey centre is designed in collaboration with educators and architects to create inviting spaces for children to explore, discover, learn, and play.
You’ll be joining us on a permanent full-time basis, working 38 hours per week. We’re excited to find an Early Childhood Teacher who thrives on flexibility and is ready to embrace shifts between 7:00 am and 6:30 pm on rotating rosters. This dynamic role offers a chance to make a real impact while enjoying a varied and stimulating schedule.
With energy, creativity and a passion for education, you’ll take a hands-on approach to teaching children 6 weeks to 5 years in a play-based learning environment. And as an approachable leader for families, children and your team, you’ll nurture a culture where everyone can belong, grow and thrive.
What you’ll bring
Whether you’re an experienced Early Childhood professional or newly graduated, if you’re energetic, fun and committed to guiding children’s early learning and development, we’ll set you up for success!
To thrive in this role, you will have:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood or equivalent (recognised by ACECQA)
- Knowledge of the National Quality Framework and Standards and the Early Years Learning Framework and Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guide.
- First Aid, CPR and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
- Valid Blue Card and current Police Check (within three months or willing to obtain these).
