Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Input to planning and delivering age-appropriate activities that promote holistic development.
- Create a safe and inclusive environment, where children feel valued, heard respected and supported.
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure each child's individual needs are met.
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development.
- Uphold health and safety standards in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, studying or willing to obtain.
- Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Current Working with Children Check
- First Aid certification or willing to obtain.
- Excellence communication skills and a passion for working with young children.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and contribute positively to the learning environment.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous improvement.
