About the Role:We are recruiting for a Cert III or Diploma qualified Early Childhood Educator to work in an excellent Early learning Centre, attached to a Grammar school in Armadale.The hours will be:Wednesday and Thursdays 8am - 5pmThe centre also offers a monthly RDO, five weeks annual leave (pro rata for part time staff), quality resources, professional development and an excellent staff/child ratio.Key duties:

• Support Team Leaders and other Educators to implement and evaluate play-based learning experiences in partnership with families; in accordance with the ELYF and NQF.
• Work collaboratively with a team of educators to implement a program that places importance on care and education.
• Demonstrate a professional level of written and verbal communication skills.

Skills & Experience:

• Completed a relevant Qualification in Early Childhood Education (Cert IIII/Diploma in ECE)
• Current Working With Children Check
• Have experience working in Long Day Care with a sound knowledge of EYLF and NQF
• Have an understanding of the Reggio Emilia Philosophy
• Ability to provide contact details for two education-based references from within the last 5 years (student teacher mentors are acceptable).

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience working in Long Day Care with a range of ages 0-5.
