- Reception support and customer support by taking initial enquiries and transferring calls to the appropriate team member as required, as well as administrative support to Area Manager, Team Leader and all members of the Early Childhood team by preparing correspondence, photocopying, scanning and filing.
- Maintaining the calendar booking system in Microsoft Outlook, Coordinate and schedule appointments for Early Childhood Coordinators.
- A current Victorian Drivers Licence
- Qualifications in administrative functions or business administration (Desirable)
- Experience in data entry and administration
- Experience in working within the Early Childhood, paediatric or a community or human services setting.
- A current Working with Children Check (Employee) or VIT Registration
- NDIS Workers Screening Check (can be obtained during application)
- ADO each month (full-time staff only)
