RESPONSIBITIES:
-Assisting the children in their daily routines and supporting them in their learning.
-Create a stimulating environment to foster & support children's development
-Developing, planning and implementing a quality program that reflects the Early Years Learning Framework
-Monitoring and documenting children's progress and development
-Developing open communication channels with staff, children and families of the Centre
-Contributing to the effective operation of the workplace by supporting colleagues, sharing ideas and information and working collaboratively in our team.
-Complying with the Centres' policies and procedures along with licensing, legislation & regulations.
Qualifications & Experience:
-Sincere desire to provide quality care to children
-Cert III in Early Childhood Education
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Current First-Aid Certificate, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
-Current Working with Children Check and Police Check
-Knowledge of the New Quality Framework, Early Years Learning Framework and Childhood Education.
