An exciting opportunity is available to join the high functioning Goulburn Area Early Childhood Improvement Branch (ECIB) team as a VPS4 Early Childhood Performance and Planning Advisor, 1.0 FTE (full-time) ongoing.

The role of the Early Childhood Performance and Planning Advisor (ECPAPA) involves understanding and responding to community needs and supporting the early years services in the Goulburn Area. A key aspect of the ECPAPA role is building relationships with early years' service providers and developing the capacity of these service providers to deliver quality Early Childhood programs within their local communities, particularly for more vulnerable children and families.

The Goulburn ECIB team comprises of an Early Childhood Improvement Branch Manager, Kindergarten Improvement Advisors, Early Childhood and Performance and Planning Advisors, Early Childhood Funding Advisor, and an Early Childhood Support Officer. The role will be supported by the ECIB team and the broader NEVR ECIB branches with opportunities to network with colleagues.

The role is in Goulburn Area, with offices located in Seymour and Shepparton.
