About the role
You will inspire children to love learning and foster their development through purposeful, intentional teaching practices delivered with creativity and energy.
The space is architecturally designed with generous play spaces offering abundant natural light, open-ended areas, and opportunities for play-based exploration for children under five. Environmentally friendly rooms have been designed to enhance the learning opportunities

Responsibilities
- Working positively in a team environment
- Ensuring families, children and other educators have a sense of belonging
- Nurture and provide a safe, secure and stimulating environment for children
- Networking with relevant stakeholders in the local community
- Maintain a record as required under the National Quality Framework
- Demonstrated ability to provide and document a high-quality, play-based Early Childhood program.
- A commitment to best practice and advocacy for children
About you
Successful applicants will be able to demonstrate:
- A passion for Early Childhood education
- Demonstrated aptitude, experience and ability to work with children and to deliver excellent service to children, parents and other relevant stakeholders
- A highly relevant early yearspecialised tertiary qualification (degree level) and appropriate registrations,and at least 2 to 3 years professional experience.
- A strong understanding of children informed by Early Childhood developmental knowledge.
- Critically reflect on your professional practice using evidence, including feedback from children, colleagues and families.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Positive 'can do' attitude and willingness to have fun
- Professional presentation, highly organised
- Excellent understanding of the EYLF
- Working rights – you can work full time in Australia without any restriction
