To be eligible, you’ll need a bachelor’s degree, or a Diploma with at least 50% of your degree-study completed, as well as a current NSW Working with Children Check.
What will you do?
- Play a vital role on the Centre leadership team, supervising & mentoring other educators.
- Leverage the latest research to design rigorous, differentiated, inclusive educational programs in line with The Early Years Learning Framework
- Showcase innovation and creativity to make YA the top choice for local families.
- Follow Centre policies & procedures and the ECA Code of Ethics, maintain exemplary records and conduct comprehensive program evaluations.
- Promote positive behaviour & maintain a safe, healthy environment for the well-being of staff, children & stakeholders.
