What You'll Do:
- Design and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that spark curiosity and cater to individual needs.
- Foster a warm and inclusive space where children feel safe, valued, and empowered to explore and learn.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to create a cohesive and supportive learning community.
- Conduct regular assessments, document children's progress, and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
- Maintain open communication with parents, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.
- Stay current with best practices in Early Childhood education through ongoing learning.
You're a Great Fit If You Have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a relevant, ACECQA-approved equivalent.
- Valid teaching registration (e.g., VIT).
- Strong understanding of EYLF, NQF, and Child Safe Standards.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
- Proven ability to create engaging learning environments.
- A passion for fostering a love of learning in young children.
