As the ECT, you will work collaboratively with the team to deliver a play-based, child-led learning program. With a supportive management team, you will be given opportunity to continue to learn and grow within our organisation. You will support and inspire a team of Early Childhood professionals to provide a holistic perspective of each child’s individual needs and collaborate with families to provide all children with solid foundations for life-long learning.

This role will suit an experienced educator with a Bachelor of Teaching or Education (Early Childhood), or approved ACECQA assessed qualification. They will possess the required knowledge for operating a kindergarten program.

To be considered you will:
- Inspire, motivate, guide and support Educators to progress the Centre's excellence in practice, in partnership with the Leadership team;
- Work collaboratively with fellow educators to develop and implement the Kindergarten program, based on each child's knowledge, strengths, interests, culture etc
- Assess each child's learning and development in relation to the approved learning framework and contemporary theories
- Ability to critically reflect on each child's learning and development and on their own pedagogy as part of everyday practice;
- Develop your skills and abilities while completing high-quality documentation;
- Present sound and practical working knowledge and implementation of the National Quality Framework, the EYLF and the VEYLDF; and
- Inspire, motivate and maintain a positive learning culture within the Centre for children, their families and your colleagues.
