Role Responsibilities: As an integral part of our team, you will:

• Take the lead in the absence of the director, ensuring smooth operation of the centre.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff, fostering their professional growth.
• Implement policies and procedures to maintain high standards of care and education.
• Develop strong relationships with families, educators, and children, creating a supportive community.
• Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve the quality of our service.

Essential Selection Criteria:

• Bachelor of Early Childhood Education, demonstrating your commitment to the field.
• Current First Aid Certificate, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma Management training, or willingness to obtain.
• Working with Children Check clearance, ensuring the safety and security of our children.
• Sound knowledge of National Quality Frameworks, Education and Care National Regulation, and Law.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with stakeholders.
• Reliability, self-motivation, and a strong work ethic, essential for success in a dynamic environment.
• Australian citizenship, permanent residency, or appropriate visa, enabling you to legally work in Australia.
