Relocation - Care Manager

Sanctuary Recruitment are working with a not for profit provider to recruit a Care Manager for their home on the Mid North Coast.The home had previously undergone some compliance issues, so they are looking for someone who is confident at identifying gaps and has a solution focused mindset in overturning unmets. The provider will support with 4 weeks accomodation assistance, for anyone that is open to relocating to the area.This is a full time Mon-Fri role with flexible working hours and option to change to a 9 day fortnight, if preferred.Key responsibilities include:

• Ensuring the groups quality standards are being upheld within the facility by consistently being aware of gaps and working on solutions.
• Residents care plans and needs are upheld at all times by overseeing RNs daily operations and time management.
• A passion for developing teams and maintaining a great team culture.
• Working collaboratively to provide an exceptional customer experience to internal & external stakeholders.

To be successful for this role, you must have:

• Registered Nurse - AHPRA registration,
• Minimum 3 years RN experience in Aged Care
• 1-2 years experience as Clinical Care Coordinator or Care Manager.
• Solid understanding of all Aged Care accreditation standards
• Demonstrated knowledge of all relevant legislation, ACFI, regulatory requirements and professional standards
• Excellent relationship building skills and the ability to lead & mentor a team of RNs and care staff
• Exemplary communication and presentation skills.
