As a passionate and experienced ECT for the three-year-old group, you will inspire children to love learning and foster their development through purposeful, intentional teaching practices delivered with creativity and energy. You will lead a team that will benefit from your experience in teaching.
The state-of-the-art service has ten rooms spread over two levels and caters to 128 children when at full occupancy. There is a dedicated kindergarten outdoor environment focussing on developing gross motor skills. The purpose-built centre is architecturally designed with generous play spaces offering abundant natural light, open-ended areas, and opportunities for play-based exploration for children.
The emergent curriculum offered by the service integrates elements of literacy, numeracy, science, music, social awareness, emotional intelligence, and language development into a typical week underpinned by a Reggio philosophy.

- About you
- Degree in Early Childhood Education or an ACECQA Approved equivalent
- Full VIT Registration (ideally) or provisional VIT
- Ideally, two years of experience working as an Early Childhood Teacher in a similar setting
- Critically reflect on your professional practice using evidence, including feedback from children, colleagues, and families.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Positive 'can do' attitude and willingness to have fun!
- Professional presentation
- High levels of organisation
- Strong understanding of the EYLF and NQF
