Fulltime Early Childhood Teacher - 38 hr per week
12-month fixed term Parental Leave position
Western Sydney University Early Learning Parramatta is situated on the grounds of the Western Sydney University Parramatta South Campus which is located off Victoria Rd, Rydalmere.

To be a successful applicant you must have;
Essential Criteria
- Bachelor or master’s degree in Early Childhood (or equivalent)
- Be registered with NESA for teacher accreditation
- Working with Children Check clearance and number for verification
- DEC approved child protection certification
- First Aid including CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- Previous experience working in an education and care service
- Ability to fulfil the requirements of a Responsible Person in Charge
- Sound Knowledge of current regulations, Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- A passion for learning and intentional teaching of children aged birth to 6 years
- Knowledge of overall Health and Safety regarding children's services
Desirable Criteria
- Previous experience working in an education and care service with children with additional needs.
- Involvement in the preparation and assessment under the National Quality Standard.
- Involvement in contribute to the planning, implementation, evaluation and reflection of programs which reflect the emerging skills and interactions of children.
