KU Bligh Park is Located in the quiet streets of Seaforth, backing on to a nature reserve. The preschool's area of specialisation is story telling through a variety of mediums, including oral story telling, creative and visual arts and music. If you have a flare for creative arts KU Bligh Park is the service for you to share this skill and passion. This position is a full time diploma role in a preschool commencing in November, offered on a 12 month parental leave contract.

The Role:
To commence Term 1 2024, we are looking for an inspiring ECT who has sound knowledge of contemporary pedagogy.
The ideal applicant has interest in or experience embedding sustainability pedagogy and nature programs. A strong team player, flexible and can build and maintain positive relationships with children and families.
This is a permanent part time role for 7.6 hours per week on a Wednesday, it is the Director admin release.

Of course, you will need:
  • Australian working rights
  • A current NSW Working with Children Check
  • An ACECQA recognised Early Childhood Teaching degree
  • Completed training in Child Protection legislation
  • Current First Aid and CPR certificates along with current separate approved Asthma and Anaphylaxis Management certificates
  • NESA Teacher Accreditation
  • Sound understanding of the Education and Care Services National Law (2010) and the Education and Care Services National Regulations (2011)
  • Working knowledge of the Early Years Learning Frameworks (EYLF)
