Offering Early Education to children from 0-5 years, we are highly regarded within the local Bayside community, having worked in partnership with families, local schools and organisations over the past 15 years.
Tulip Street Early Learning Group are seeking passionate and enthusiastic Early Childhood Teachers to join our team, working alongside our experienced Bachelor Qualified Early Childhood Teachers and Diploma Qualified Educators to provide a solid foundation for our children as they learn and grow before their transition to school.
These roles would be ideal for Early Childhood Teachers with experience and enthusiasm to work within a small team, with 3 and 4 year old kindergarten children.
Our government funded kindergarten program runs with long day care hours, catering to 22 children a day, with a 1:11 ratio of 3 and 4 year old kindergarten.

Essential Criteria:
- Bachelor in Early Childhood Education/Services or equivalent
- Proven experience in a similar role or demonstrated natural ability
- Experienced and highly skilled in documentation, observation and recording of children’s ongoing learning
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Understanding of DET Regulations, UN Convention on the Rights of the Child, ACA Code of Ethics, National Quality Standards, Frameworks and Early Years Learning Framework
- Knowledge of Child Safe Standards and Child Protection
- Passionate about Early Childhood Development and the importance of high-quality Early Years programs
- Ability to attend monthly staff meetings
- Enthusiasm towards personal training and learning opportunities
- Ability to work a variety of rotating shifts between 7.30am and 6.00pm, Monday – Friday
- Current First Aid/CPR qualification
- Current Anaphylaxis and Asthma training
- Current Mandatory Reporting Training
- Current Working With Children Check or VIT registration
- Agreement to service Code of Conduct and Commitments to Child Safety
