About the Role:
- Inspire and Educate: You will create a stimulating and engaging learning environment, fostering curiosity, exploration, and collaboration within the preschool room.
- Curriculum Champion: Plan and implement a variety of teaching strategies aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework v2 (EYLF v2), catering to diverse learning styles.
- Social and Emotional Wellbeing: Role model positive social interactions and support the emotional development of your students.
- Positive Partnerships: Build strong relationships with families, meeting and greeting them daily and providing updates on their child's learning experiences.
- Collaborative Spirit: Work effectively with your colleagues to ensure a seamless and consistent learning environment for all students.
- Leadership Potential: Demonstrate the confidence to lead the room when needed and support team members with observation and individual child programming.

Qualifications:
- Current Working with Children Check and up-to-date First Aid certificates and documentation.
- Early Childhood Teaching Qualification.
- Experience working in an early learning setting (preschool preferred).
- Strong understanding of the EYLF v2 principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to plan, implement, and evaluate engaging learning experiences.
- Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
