Beenleigh Early learning is a brand-new purpose-built Early Learning service. We cater for children 6 weeks to 5 years. We believe in keeping childcare simple as andwe have an emphasis on real play where shoes are optional and getting dirty is compulsory. Here at Beenleigh Early Learning we are striving to bring back the wildhood and sense of adventure in Early Years Education, our unique Centre offers modern indoor learning spaces, beautiful yards and resources as well as a variety of animals including chickens, birds and reptiles on sight to enrich the Children's learning experiences as well as build on their sense of wonder and curiosity.
We are currently looking for passionate and inspiring Early Childhood Teacher to fill the ECT role in our amazing service. You will be a valued member of our team. You will have the opportunity to mentor Junior staff, make the Kindergarten room your own, and collaborate with other educators to provide quality care and education to our children. About you
- You will have a Bachelor's or Graduate Diploma in Early childhood education and care (ACECQA approved)
- Current paid blue card
- current First Aid and CPR certificate
- Child Protection training
- Knowledge and understanding of the EYLF & QKLG
- Experience in an Early Childhood setting
- Knowledge of NQS
- A growth mindset and positive attitude towards the education and care of children.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Providing enriching and engaging learning experience Documenting each child's learning and development Working alongside like-minded educators to create a positive learning environment for children Helping children to develop a sense of belonging.
