Our Early Learning Centre (ELC) currently has opportunities for qualified, experienced and dynamic Co-educators to join our vibrant team of professionals. Casual and part-time options are available, with consideration for availability for rostered shifts across our Monday to Friday operations.
Candidates will be required to meet the following selection criteria:
- Diploma Early Childhood Education & Care (equivalent or higher)
- Hold a current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Highly organised and willing to contribute within a team environment
- Highly focused on achieving student outcomes to develop the whole child
- A high level of competency in Early Childhood education
- Supportive of the Reggio Emilia educational principles, inquiry-based learning
- Knowledge of the IB PYP and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) are desirable
- Supportive of independent education and the School's Anglican ethos
- Preparedness to promote the School’s vision, values and key pillars
University students studying a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education are also encouraged to apply.
Successful candidates will be required to hold a current Working with Children Check (WWCC), First Aid Certificate (HLTAID012), and a Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect (RRHAN-EC) Certificate.
