We are a not-for-profit Early Learning Centre (ELC) service that places high value in creating a safe, play-based environment for our children to thrive! Our passionate team of educators strive to create a nurturing learning environment that respects the diversity and unique circumstances of the families and children in our care.

Your Impact: 
As the ELC Coordinator you will guide the team on a daily basis and work alongside them to create a warm and inclusive educational environment that is sensitive to the unique circumstances of the children we care for.  
 
Located at Armidale, this is a term time position, working shifts across Monday to Friday 35 hours per week.
 
Some of your activities will include:   

• Overseeing the day to day operations of the program 

• Collaborating closely with the Manager, Early Learning Centres to continue to drive a high quality service 

• Mentor and guide the team to promote children's wellbeing and overall growth 

• Maintain and oversee the program planning, delivery and documentation. 

• Developing strong relationships with families and caregivers  

About you 

• You are passionate about working with children and want to help them grow and develop 

• Enjoy being part of a committed team 

• Have a Diploma or Early Childhood Teaching qualification 

• Have valid compliance certificates (e.g. WWCC etc.)
