As the Head of Early Learning, you will effectively and efficiently manage the overall operations of the service, ensuring continued quality practice, responsive service delivery and the ongoing provision of high-quality care and education for the children whilst fostering a positive workplace culture.
Whilst working closely with the Assistant Principal you will have proven leadership, management and interpersonal skills (min 5 years' experience), sound understanding of Early childhood theory and curriculum planning, along with being able to collaborate with members of the community to build a team environment.
