The Opportunity
The Early Learning Centre Growth Lead is responsible for development and execution of the ELC strategic growth pipeline, stakeholder engagement, concept development, feasibility, building design, funding applications, construction and ultimately execution for new ELC's. The main role objectives will be:
- To identify, investigate feasibility and execute viable strategic growth opportunities for new ELC’s
- Develop strong relationships with all key stakeholders e.g. Catholic Education, Parish Priests, DET, CCW Parish and Community Liaison Officer, Catholic Schools NSW.
- Complete detailed viable business cases for new ELC's
- Complete all required applications to meet compliance requirements for Department of Education to achieve service approval.
- To oversee architects, contractors and stakeholders in moving ELC opportunities from design to DA stage and working with project managers during construction.
- Transitioning the completed ELC's into business-as-usual operations to the Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) program.
- The role will ensure that all projects reflect and align with the CatholicCare strategic plan, mission and values.
About You
For this appointment, we are seeking an established and experienced Early Learning leader with a successful track record having led a centre and team. In addition, the successful candidate will have;
- Experience project leading the opening of new Early Learning Centres
- Demonstrated Interpersonal skills and capacity to engage and develop positive relationships with key stakeholders.
- Experienced in developing business cases, feasibility assessments, high level reporting and collaborating in delivering innovative and sustainable projects within strictly controlled budgets.
- Demonstrated knowledge of a range of legislative requirements relevant to the planning, construction, development and operation of Early Childcare Education and Care Services.
- A valid Working With Children Check Clearance (WWCC).
- A current drivers licence.
