About this role
As the Growth Lead, you will be responsible for running the engine that continuously increases acquisitions, conversions and transactions across our platform. You will be both strategic as well as a driving force for high-quality execution.You will sit inside the marketing team but collaborate cross-functionally - working closely with your team, broader marketing stakeholders, product managers, and engineers to deliver systems of work across both communications and product UX that achieve these outcomes.
A bit about you
- Experience working with executive leadership to understand business goals and then develop a team and go-to-market strategy for Growth over short and longer-term horizons.
- Proficient in PM tasks such as architecting user flows, writing technical scopes and working directly with both designers and engineers to drive the delivery of Growth initiatives inside our product.
- Strong martech experience, most notably in terms of how data is handled across various platforms such that you understand and can leverage the stack to enable, support and accelerate your go-to-market plans.
- Demonstrated capability to a) devise and implement your own strategy by influencing and driving delivery across both product and communications while also b) working with commercial product managers and other marketing team stakeholders to support or accelerate their initiatives.
- Experience leading a high-performing team of growth markerters, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing and product management roles, with a demonstrated track record of driving growth.
