Early Psychosis - Program Manager (Psychologist Or Social Worker)

Job Description:

As the Program Manager for Early Psychosis, you'll lead our dynamic team in delivering high-quality mental health treatment to young people aged 12-25. Your responsibilities include providing leadership, management, and coordination to ensure adherence to evidence-based practices and program models. You'll collaborate closely with stakeholders to maintain an integrated and responsive service and foster a culture of learning and innovation.

Selection Criteria:

1. Leadership & Experience: Tertiary qualification with 5+ years' leadership in health. Registration AHPRA or AASW. 
2. Clinical Expertise: Proven management in mental health, especially with adolescents. Strong commitment to self-care.
3. Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional verbal/written communication. Effective engagement with diverse stakeholders.
4. Cultural Competency: Dedication to culturally safe practices with Indigenous communities.
5. Professionalism & Compliance: Thorough understanding of youth mental health legislation/policies. Adherence to boundaries.
6. Clinical Knowledge: Proficient in evidence-based interventions (CBT, DBT) for individuals, groups, and families.
7. Diversity & Inclusion: Demonstrated respect for cultural diversity and inclusivity.
8. Qualifications & Compliance: Possession of necessary clearances and certifications (Working with Children, Police Check, etc.).
