Benefits:
- $128,750 per annum + Super (11%) + Salary Packaging + 5 weeks annual leave.

- Leadership & Experience: Tertiary qualification with 5+ years' leadership in health. Registration AHPRA or AASW.
- Clinical Expertise: Proven management in mental health, especially with adolescents. Strong commitment to self-care.
- Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional verbal/written communication. Effective engagement with diverse stakeholders.
- Cultural Competency: Dedication to culturally safe practices with Indigenous communities.
- Professionalism & Compliance: Thorough understanding of youth mental health legislation/policies. Adherence to boundaries.
- Clinical Knowledge: Proficient in evidence-based interventions (CBT, DBT) for individuals, groups, and families.
- Diversity & Inclusion: Demonstrated respect for cultural diversity and inclusivity.
- Qualifications & Compliance: Possession of necessary clearances and certifications (Working with Children, Police Check, etc.).
