Form of workOur client URGENTLY requires a Community Program Manager - Change for Full Time Permanent role in Darwin.
The Community Program Manager - Change will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating programs for groups and communities to support those who are engaging in violent, abusive and/or controlling behaviours, to change that behaviour.
Skills and experience required includes:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in social work, counselling, psychology or related.
- Proven expertise in supporting wellbeing through behaviour change programs.
- Ability to develop partnerships, promote service capability and to represent the organisation in a consistent professional manner.
- Experience with managing and supporting diverse staff groups and including the capacity to provide subject matter supervision to staff.
