The lovely modern Collins Street offices are bright and open-plan, meaning you'll have the opportunity to interact fully across the team, providing broad support and assistance. You'll also have the opportunity to work from home up to 2 days a week.
The Role
As the EA/Team Coordinator, you'll provide high-level support to the 2 Founders, operational support to the General Manager and day-to-day administrative and office management support for the broader team. Manage diaries, coordinate meetings, organise travel and events and generally be the 'go-to' person who enables the whole team. Every day will be different but interesting and typical responsibilities will include:-
- EA support to the 2 Founders, including diary and email management
- Meeting coordination and participation
- Travel coordination
- Document production (reports, proposals, template creation, PDF's etc)
- Assisting with governance procedures (maintaining lobby register)
- Work with the General Manager to improve and create processes and policies etc
- Coordination of all events including client launches, strategy days, team lunches and
- Facilities management and IT support
- Ordering of stationery, supplies and equipment
- General day to day tidiness of the office
This is a key role within a busy, professional team and we're looking for an experienced EA/Team Coordinator who loves being relied on as the central 'cog' who keeps the wheels spinning. No 2 days will be the same, so your flexible, responsive and proactive attitude will be key, along with your strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills. Advanced MS Office skills a must.
