About the Role
Due to growth, we are looking for enthusiastic Project Managers to join our team. You will manage multiple and multi-faceted projects from inception to completion, undertaking work across Queensland for a range of clients (primarily local and state government).
About You
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Project management capability to deliver within scope, budget, and timeframes
- Proven ability to manage and motivate teams
- High level interpersonal and client relationship management skills
- A thorough understanding of bid management and safety requirements of large projects
- Experience with contract management and subcontractor engagement
- Strong OH&S standards and the ability to prioritise the safety of the teams in the field
- The ability to organise, resource and schedule work across various teams and projects
- The ability to build successful team dynamics
- Passion for the environment and achieving positive outcomes
- Well-developed analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
The following would be highly regarded:
- Background in an environmental science discipline
- Experience with managing projects in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and/or exposure to NetSuite
- Experience in the delivery of a range of high-quality consulting reports
- Major project safety inductions and training, including construction white card
- Prior ecological consulting experience
