Opportunity for a analytical eCommerce professional to take on the challenge of providing insights and information to internal stakeholders enabling them to make strategic business decisions.Reporting through to the eCommerce Manager you will work across large sets of data and provide data and insights that will enable the marketing team to develop accurate campaigns to ensure maximum optimisation of digital behavior.Responsibilities includeImprove customer experience across all touch pointsAnalyse eCommerce trends, providing insights to relevant stakeholdersMaximise marketing investmentMonitor the platform and provide reporting on changes in customer behaviorWork across the marketing team providing insights on how to optimise the customer journeyWeekly channel performance reports ie Paid Social, SEO/SEM etcWork closely with external agencies providing insights on what resonates with the consumerForecast modeling as requiredKeep up to date on industry best practiceIdeally you have extensive experience in eCommerce analytics and strong business acumen. Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and proven business partnering skills.
