About the role:

The eCommerce Content Coordinator will play an important role in enhancing the online presence and visibility of our products and services. This role is responsible for supporting all website content initiatives across landing pages, blogs and website assets.

Some of the role requirements include:

  • Content planning, creating & publishing
  • Website content & campaign optimisations
  • Performance analysis and reporting

What you'll bring:

  • Experience using website components for digital campaigns.
  • Proficiency in developing digital content for web campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with eCommerce Content Management Systems, e.g., SmartEdit.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar tools (beneficial).
  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS for basic website customisation.
  • Ability to adapt quickly with a growth mindset.
  • Strong attention to detail and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, organisational, planning, and time management skills, with resilience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications or related field.
  • 2 years of experience in a similar role in web content creation and campaign management.
