A unique role has become available for an eCommerce Lead to cover a Maternity Leave period of approximately 12 months.
Your New Position
Will see you operating in a small, infectiously fun, cutting-edge, high energy, passionate team environment dealing with leading AV technologies in consumer environments. Your work will focus on driving the eCommerce strategy to achieve online revenue growth, and ensure a best in class experience for online consumers. You will:
- Develop and execute the online merchandising and digital marketing strategies including sales during key retail and calendar sale events.
- Drive revenue by increasing website traffic and optimising conversion to increase sales
- Online merchandising and analytics to improve the customer journey and ensure maximum conversion of traffic and consumer stickiness through EDM's/promotions etc.
- Back-end website management and administration
- Drive Digital SEO / SEM Advertising for both Google and Amazon
- Manage Amazon product and advertising administration
- Provide the business with analytical insights to enable decisions that support customer experience, problem resolution and best practice
- Manage product refurbishment program with QSL and Demand planners to ensure promotion and sales of refurb stock through website and eBay store.
- Provide daily, weekly and monthly reporting to show performance and delivery of campaigns
This is a hands-on role and you will have experience developing digital strategies that drive acquisition, awareness, engagement and online conversion. Vendor experience in consumer electronics environments will be valued. Additionally, you will possess:
- 3+ years' experience managing a digital platform in a Retail environment
- Experience managing both in-house and agency teams across various paid channels
- Proficient in Google Analytics 4 and other web analytics tools;
- Administration of Amazon Store with familiarity around advertising, optimisation and product management.
- Data-driven, analytical and results-oriented, with an appetite for constant testing and optimization
- Strong stakeholder and team management abilities;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Knowledge of Sales Force Commerce Cloud or similar CMS system
- Measurable experience with both creative and analytical digital marketing (EDM, Campaign)
- Performance marketing capabilities across SEO/SEM;
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) is a must.
