As our eComm Marketing Manager, you will:
- Manage updates in Shopify across our eCommerce websites on both a day-to-day and campaign basis (eg. sitewide sales, new product launches, key merchandising).
- Optimise eCommerce touchpoints with a CX lens, ensuring copy, imagery, layout, merchandising etc. all support customer needs.
- As needed, troubleshoot any web issues, including app bugs or website glitches working closely with Web Developer.
- Manage the scheduling of social media updates across multiple channels, ensuring the captions and images/video content are engaging and optimised based on data
- Report weekly on social channel performance, and provide guidance and recommendations for future creative.
- Assist with the building of and scheduling of email marketing campaigns.
- Develop strategies for use of processes, tools and resources to deliver improved customer experiences across all the channels you touch.
- Bring creative ideas to the table for how we can make our social channels exceptional.
Requirements:
- Exceptional communication skill in both writing and speaking.
- A solid work ethic, constantly striving to meet and exceed KPIs.
- A proactive approach, taking ownership of your tasks and exhibiting excellent time management.
- Experience with Shopify, Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, Later and other social dashboard apps.
- Customer-centric thinking, always.
- Excellent understanding of eCommerce.
- Capable of excelling independently or as part of a team.
- Knowledge of and a passion for cooking.
Role details:
- This is a full-time position.
- You’ll enjoy a friendly, creative and collaborative working environment based in our Melbourne office.
- $75,000 - $80,000 p.a.
