eCommerce Trading Manager

The Role: 
Reporting into the Head of eCommerce, this role will have ownership of all online trading activity, for this market leading Fashion & Apparel Retailer. 
You will have huge involvement in strategic plans, for both the ANZ market and international platforms, driving online performance, growth & brand presence. 
You will be both creative & highly data-driven, with the ability to work collaboratively across all departments, supporting on driving the promotional plan and the end to end CRO roadmap. 

Essential Skills: 

• Extensive experience of trading eCommerce platforms and driving online performance 
• Strong background with managing, developing & delivering end to end CRO strategies 
• Demonstrated experience with managing the end to end platform operations and managing a major CMS 
• A very collaborative working style, and the ability to work cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams
• A strong background in promotional planning & content and a creative flare, as well as a data driven approach
• Strong people leadership and mentorship experience 
• Previous experience within the Fashion & Apparel sectors, would be very highly regarded
