We are currently seeking applications from a passionate and enthusiastic ECT Room Leader to join our team who is motivated, committed and strives to be part of this exciting opportunity to develop a creative learning environment for our children aged 4-6 years as they prepare to transition to school.

Successful applicant must-haves):
- ECT Degree in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Working With Child Check (trainees included)
- Current First Aid Certificate & Emergency First Aid (Asthma & Anaphylaxis)
- Sound knowledge and implementation of the National Quality Standards and EYLF.
- Previous experience working as a Room Leader in the 4-6 age group setting preferred.
- A strong ability to inspire, motivate and maintain a positive culture within our Centre.
- Ability to plan and implement a quality, educational and child-based program.
- Create and maintain a warm and stimulating environment for children and their families.
- Foster relationships with our children, families, and local community
