- Bachelor of Early Childhood Education in Early Childhood education and care.
- Demonstrated experience in a leadership or Educational Leader position.
- Thorough knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and mentoring skills.
- Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma Management certifications.
